1. CONDITIONS OF
PRODUCT RETURN
Please inspect your purchase carefully. Claims for damaged/missing items must
be received within three (3) business days of receipt of merchandise. Email
us at info@vintagemicrophone.com with complete details of damaged/missing parts,
along with date of purchase and order number.
All products returned for refund must be returned within 14 days from date of
purchase. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on ALL returned items, unless
defective. At the sole discretion of The Vintage Microphone Store, defective
items will be either repaired or exchanged for the same or equivalent model
only.
Refunds on returned items which were paid for by credit card will only be made
by crediting the account charged for the purchase. Refunds on returned items
which were paid for by check will only be made by check after a 10-day waiting
period.
2. OBTAINING SERVICE
Contact The Vintage Microphone Store for a Return Authorization number for any
product in need of service. All product returns must clearly display the Return
Authorization number on the outside of the package and should be delivered to
The Vintage Microphone Store at the customer’s expense. When contacting
the The Vintage Microphone Store, you will be asked to furnish your name, address,
telephone number, and proof of the original purchase (receipt) containing a
description of the product(s), purchase date, and the appropriate Product serial
number(s). After receiving the returned product, The Vintage Microphone Store
shall make a final determine, at its discretion, whether the product is eligible
for warranty service.
3. PACKING AND SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
All merchandise purchased from The Vintage Microphone Store must be returned
in the original manufacturer's packaging and in the same condition as sold,
with all literature/instructions/documentation and blank warranty card(s). A
printed copy of your online sales receipt must be included with the product.
When returning an item, place the product box into a sturdy shipping carton.
Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original product package.
For your protection, the product must be shipped via a traceable method, UPS
or FedEx is recommended. We also recommend that you insure the package with
the carrier. The Vintage Microphone Store is not responsible for lost or damaged
packages.
4. Privacy
We will never share your personal information with anybody else, ever.
5. Security
We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all information you
input. When you shop with us youre information is always secured.
You can always click on the GoDaddy security seal located in every page of our
website to verify this at any time.
